Overview

Wildgate is a facilities based next generation service provider for voice termination and enhanced telecom services. Wildgate owns and operates a nationwide network powered by the latest telecom and IP technology. Wildgate provides competitive TDM and VOIP termination to the United States, parts of Canada and A-Z international destinations. To insure the highest quality in the industry, all calls are terminated via our own 100% Lucent equipped network. Wildgate provides real time call volumes and ASR performance and unlike other termination service providers, Wildgate provides real time rated CDRs. This means that in real time you can see your cost and determine any problems instead of waiting until the end of the month. Wildgate has multi-carrier and enhanced route advance capabilities to deliver and re-route calls to ensure the highest possible call completion rate. Where many switches fail because of limited route advancing functionality, Wildgate has invested considerably to create an enhanced distributed routing network not available from traditional telecom switch manufacturers.

Real Time Functionality

Regardless of size, from one T1 to multiple DS3s, we offer our customers and vendors real time management access and real time CDRs. We have invested heavily in automation of our back office systems and we are on the cutting edge offering the latest tools that enable you to open trouble tickets via the web or using an XML format.

Wildgate currently offers voice termination to many wholesale customers including telecom carriers, paging and messaging carriers, CLECs, resellers, and IXCs. We aim for the highest possible degree of automation in order to keep costs down. In markets where other carriers require large facilities and may take a loss, Wildgate operates in the same market and turns a profit. Our aim is to have the highest minutes per 1u of rack space in the industry.
